Our quotation depends on your request. If you can provide the label material, specification, quantity, production technology and printing color, then we can quote the exact price immediately. Our quotation includes all the fees, no hidden charges.

PDF Proofs
We will give you a PDF proof before printing labels. We will try our best to make the actual print color the same as the PDF proof.
Turnaround Time
Our standard “turnaround time” is approximately 5 working days after confirmation of artwork and payment. Depending upon the project, the more complex the label, the longer it takes. You can consult our customer service staff, they will give you a more accurate delivery time.
On Rolls or Sheets
We can supply your labels in rolls, sheets, or individual pieces.
Unwind Direction
The Unwind Direction refers to the direction in which the roll label is expanded.
Order Cancellation
If you have to cancel the order but your label printing has already started, then the fee for the part already started is non-refundable including label design, specific costs should be decided according to the practical situation.
Return and Exchange Policy
If the label received there are missing or obvious printing errors, please within five days after the receipt of your parcel to contact us. If because of our negligence, we will give you mail the correct label as soon as possible for free.
